You have every right to ask any company for its licence number before letting technicians into your home to start work.
Yes. We use Ministry of Health approved products that are safe for children, pets and pregnant women when applied correctly. Most of them are low-odour, so you can usually stay at home as normal after the treatment. The technician applies the product where the pests are, and tells you before leaving if food or toys need a simple precaution.
Usually not, because we treat the source of the pest, not just what you can see. You also get a written guarantee after the visit: if the pest comes back within the guarantee period, we return and treat again at no extra cost. To make the result last, the technician tells you a few simple steps, like sealing cracks and keeping food areas clean.
